Q: Does it cost anything to interview interims before deciding to use one?

There is no financial cost involved in interviewing candidates and no obligation to accept them. However, our selection process is rigorous, and only the best in the industry makes it through our screening process; at the same time, a good fit is most important, and the facility makes that call.

Interim candidates have short spans. As such, we’d like to keep the process moving quickly as the candidate is determined to be a good fit.

We use industry bill rates developed by reputable organizations, including the American Staffing Association. However, we deliver value, and the outcome far outweighs the dollar-to-dollar value of our service!

Currently, we provide services in Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
